Yoga therapy sessions are personally tailored to meet your desired health goals while respecting your time, availability + budget. Some people utilize sessions for recovery from a recent injury, to address a chronic issue, deepen their yoga practice or to optimize overall wellness.

 

  • Rapid Overlap Healing: This is a faster flowing series of Embodyment® sessions sequenced over a specific span of time, where daily sessions are progressively reduced to one session a week. Provides rapid healing results in a shorter span of time

  • Prompt Healing: 2 sessions a week

  • Steady Healing: 1 session a week

  • Optimizing Wellness: 1-2 sessions a month
