It is designed to bring your body, mind + soul into balance through deep relaxation, nurturing purification + revitalization so you can live in your best possible state. I have been personally receiving + professionally facilitating Ayurveda Retreats since 2015. It is my mission to full-heartedly make available to others the authentic Ayurveda practices that have been a central part of my own life. The program begins on Sunday 10/12 which means you will want to depart on Friday 10/10 (due to the time change it takes 2 days to travel to India)

The program ends on Saturday 10/25 which means you will be departing on 10/26 in the morning (due to the time change it only takes 1 day to return to USA)

Approximate Pricing for your 14-Day Retreat (package prices vary according to your choice of accommodations, Ayurveda Package + what is the current exchange rate )

• €4,400 - €6,500 Single Occupancy

• Prices subject to change based on conversion rates at date of reservation + Somatheeram’s 2025 -2026 Tarrif Book

• Currently 1 Euro € = $1.11 US Dollar

• Please note: there are several options for accommodations – Deluxe Cottages, Kerala Standard + Special Cottages - all 3 options have a different range of pricing based on single or double occupancy

 This pricing is all-inclusive for the duration of your 14-day stay

$500 Deposit to hold spot, which includes $250 nonrefundable Service Fee

$250 Service Fee includes:

• Daily check in facilitated by Tish which includes Svaroopa® Yoga +/or Mediation

• Coordination of trip

• 24-hour personal support while at Somatheeram

Total Pricing

$4,300 is an estimated example of your total price package based on lower package fee for double occupancy, including current estimated economy airfare for one adult round trip at current conversion rates:

• €3,000 (3,334 US) Ayurveda Package (includes room, food + treatments x 14 days) that’s $238 per day!

• $250 Service Fee

• $1,200 Emirates Airline Estimate (Leaving out of JFK New York Airport with layover in Dubai (DBX) + final destination TRV Trivandrum Airport in Kerala India PLEASE NOTE: You are personally responsible for your own air travel arrangements to Trivandrum, India. Somatheeram picks you up + drops you off at the Trivandrum airport. Tish handles the rest.
